Irv Segal graduated from yeshiva– Rabbinical College with a B.A. in Talmudic law and led an Ultra-Orthodox Jewish lifestyle as a young adult.

He earned a certification in computer programming and held a variety of positions in the software field before starting his own software services firm.

Secrets Of The Rabbi’s Mafia™ was inspired by Irv’s experiences living in an Ultra-Orthodox Jewish community. 

He also authored several nonfiction books including Small Business Success: On Demand, How to Cash in on the Phone Company’s Biggest Mistake Ever, and co-authored The Complete Guide to Property Tax Consulting.
